Role: Front of House (Germantown & Hermitage)
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Experience: Preferred 1 year in hospitality or Front of House role.
Responsibilities include –
- Maintaining the restaurant’s quality and customer service standards
- Moving efficiently, listening to colleagues and customers, being aware of restaurant surroundings
- Learning POS system and understanding how we operate, not being afraid to make suggestions and
question current methods
- Keeping all areas of the restaurant and your own belongings (clothing) clean and tidy
To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have strong communication skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee and maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and check-in with customers. Back of the house management experience is also preferred, as you will oversee some food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.
We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments. Bright, radiant personalities get extra consideration! Ultimately, you will ensure service runs smoothly and that our customers have pleasant dining experiences.
